Therapeutic Body Repair is a massage, bodywork and skin care studio in Hastings, NE. The work here leans clinical: pain that has outlasted rest, restriction that has become normal, injuries that healed but never quite let go.
That does not mean the room is cold. Sessions are unhurried, the lighting is low, and plenty of people come in simply because their shoulders have lived at their ears since spring. Both are good reasons to be on the table.
Alongside massage and Abhyanga, the studio offers red light therapy, facials, lashes, nails and waxing — all bookable online.

One client at a time
No overlapping appointments and no rushing the last ten minutes. The room is yours for the full session.
Pressure is a conversation
Deep does not mean painful. We work at the edge where tissue releases, and that edge is different on every visit.
We work with your care team
If a physician or physical therapist has given you limits, bring them. Soft-tissue work should support that plan, not compete with it.
You leave knowing why
You should be able to explain what was tight and what to do about it before you get to your car.
